In the spring of each year, Red Lake Electric Cooperative holds its annual meeting.

As of March 13, 2020, due to the concern regarding COVID-19 (Coronavirus) and the Minnesota Department of Health recommendations, the Board of Directors of Red Lake Electric Cooperative have made the decision to postpone the Annual Meeting to a date to be determined. This decision was made with the wellbeing of our members in mind.  As soon as the Board has determined that it can safely hold the Annual Meeting based on best available information, your Cooperative will notify the membership of the new meeting date in accordance with the Bylaws.
