Congratulations to our reelected directors, Peter Mosbeck and Colette Kujava, and our newly elected director, Mathieu Derosier. They were elected at the annual meeting and will each serve three-year terms.
The annual meeting agenda included the notice of meeting and affidavit of mailing, establishment of quorum, minutes of 2024 meeting, president’s report, general manager’s report, financial report, guest speaker, election of directors, question and answer session, adjournment of business session, award presentations and awarding of door prizes. A sit-down meal was provided.
