- RLEC’s service area covers 2,400 square miles. Included are all of Red Lake County and Pennington County, and parts of Marshall County, Polk County and the area served by Red Lake Electric Cooperative on the lands of the Red Lake Band of Chippewa. REC has 18 employees and nine member-directors.
